Quarterly Update Q3

BY DYNAMIC

21 OCTOBER 22

Dynamic elearning; an exciting second half of 2022. Dynamic elearning is looking at the summer period coming to an end. And with autumn well underway, we’re looking back at what happened in a very eventful quarter.

This year continues to bring new challenges, clients and technology to the table and shows no sign of slowing down. We’ve been looking both inwards and outwards to see what we can do to keep Dynamic elearning  the company of choice for innovative digital learning solutions.

We’ve been investing in our Dynamic elearning family.

In Quarter 3 we welcomed a new member of staff to our team of creative developers.

Tania Bischof

“Working with so many friendly and creative people has already been a great experience. I’m learning new skills and ways of working every day and I can’t wait to see what I’ll work on next!

We’d also like to congratulate two of our expert developers who’ve been promoted into some exciting new positions. Let’s see what they have to say about their aims for their new roles…

Elliot Overend

Innovation Manager

“I have always had an interest in innovation using cutting edge technologies and software. And Dynamic elearning has enabled and challenged me to use my skills in creating engaging digital learning for a number of years.

Projects that I have led on include 360 virtual tours through to high level VR-based solutions, using the latest VR headsets. With this new role I’ll be able to use more of my time to focus on leading the R&D department. That will include doing some more training with the wider team and communicating our innovation both within Dynamic and to our clients.

My goal, moving forward, is to create an internal innovation hub. This will bring together information and practical demonstrations to catalogue our wide range of services to help everyone across. In turn, this will help the business to discuss, recommend and showcase the perfect bespoke elearning solutions.

David Syril

Development Team Manager

“In my new role I’ll be looking at how to support our team of creative developers in building engaging elearning modules. Our team are fantastic at realising the potential of our clients’ concepts and ideas; and I’d like to make sure they have everything they need to deliver high-impact learning.

Welcoming new customers to the Dynamic elearning family.

At Dynamic, our customers are at the heart of what we do. So whenever we work with a new client, it feels like welcoming them into the family. In Q3 we worked on some creative and original solutions for a number of new clients, including:

The Riverside Group, West Yorkshire Association of Acute Trusts (NHS), Tottenham Hotspur, Care UK, Flowminder and Bellway.

Each project is different in its own way. And we’re proud to deliver the right solution for each client’s specific requirements.

The Dynamic LMS

Over the last few months Dynamic has been gearing up for our annual upgrade which will be released to clients next month.

This next update includes enhancements to the user dashboard, manager dashboard and the quiz and face-to-face activities on courses. There are significant new features available in the appraisal system and further enhancements to how managers and staff access and update their objectives and development needs. For administrators, there has been a reworking of the Groups function to allow for even more flexibility when setting up groups of users, especially for compliance course enrolment.

Creating the best LMS on the market - dynamic elearning

Administrator reporting has also seen some additional features added. A major development in 2022 has been the integration of a coaching plugin. This allows organisations to properly manage internal coaching between employees and gain useful management information as to the volume of coaching taking place and its effectiveness. As with all new Dynamic LMS functionality, these new features ship as standard. The annual hosting and support for the Dynamic LMS starts at £9,000 for up to 5,000 users, making it one of the lowest cost LMS platforms available in the UK.

Get in touch to discuss all aspects of the off-the-shelf elearning catalogue today.

Featured topic: Cultural Awareness.

Each quarter, we’ll be focussing on one of our recent off-the-shelf elearning modules, and this time it’s Cultural Awareness.

Respect, equality, diversity and inclusion are all very common themes in today’s world. And we’re all aware of our responsibility to contribute towards a welcoming environment for all, both in the workplace and in wider society.

By exploring our understanding of culture, the way in which we adapt our communication and our own cultural experience, we can embrace cultural difference as an asset. Not as an obstacle to success.

Our Cultural Awareness module aims to introduce you to what it means to be culturally competent and how you, with effort and engagement, cannot just exist, but thrive in a multicultural business and social environment.

Cultural competence

Cultural competence is an ongoing commitment to develop a better understanding of different cultures. It’s an appreciation of the way that culture influences people and the skills to embrace and celebrate different cultures in a workplace.

Cultural competence moves beyond awareness and asks for conscious commitment to acknowledging your part in making your workplace and wider society a more inclusive and accepting environment.

It’s a mindset that should be promoted within your business and social life!

Creativity elearning from Dynamic

In summary, lots going on and what seems like lots of progress and transformation, both in terms of technology and how we operate as a business. And in order to best serve our clients, we’re embracing both. It’s certainly a great time to be amongst the best elearning providers in the UK.
