Earlier this year, I was asked to contribute to an article in the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) bi-monthly members magazine ‘Master Builder’, on the benefits of elearning in the construction industry.

The FMB is the UK’s largest trade association for the construction industry. Their bi-monthly magazine aims to inform, inspire and connect small to medium construction firms in the UK. The magazine offers insights into the latest industry news and developments. It also offers exclusive discounts on products and services and advice to help builders grow and protect their business.

Off the shelf digital learning that works

Working with the FMB, we provide our off the shelf elearning suite of materials to its members via our Dynamic LMS solution. All member organisations can access free certified online training courses, on a wide range of topics. These range from health and safety to managing people, to gain new skills or refresh their knowledge.

We’ve also created a series of bespoke elearning modules for FMB members. Topics range from COVID Construction Safety to Governance.

Engaging elearning, scalable knowledge

The message is about saving time and money with more accessible, engaging and scalable learning can be applied to all sectors, not just construction. So, if you would like to see how Dynamic could help your organisation reap the benefits of elearning, please get in touch.

Creating impactful carbon planning tools

To drive a reduction in carbon emissions, we collaborated with the Environment Agency to raise awareness of low carbon planning. Working closely with subject matter experts to provide media-rich content to engage users from the outset, we developed impactful carbon planning training tools to help staff work more sustainably.

“Expert design approach. Easy to work with.”
