Q2 2026

Building resilience in turbulent times

As we head into the second half of 2026, the pace of change isn’t slowing. AI is reshaping how people work, economic pressure is forcing teams to do more with less, and expectations of learning have never been higher.

And it’s no different for us at Dynamic. We’ve always been known for our energy, ideas and enthusiasm. We don’t stand still—we adapt, innovate and create. Now more than ever, that’s not just an ethos, it’s a competitive advantage. It’s how we secure our future while helping our clients and partners succeed.

It’s been a while since our last update, so this is a bit of a mammoth edition. We’re looking back at six months of progress … from new partners and people joining us to the ways we’ve strengthened our services through creative R&D and innovation at its best.

Investing in our people power and potential

First off, let’s talk people—there’s no better place to start.

After all, our people make us who we are and why so many clients keep coming back. Over the last three months, four new faces have joined the team, while one stalwart has moved on to pastures new.

This years’ placements make a spectacular start

If you know Dynamic, you’ll know we’ve worked closely with local universities for over 20 years, offering placement opportunities to more than 35 undergraduates. In June, we welcomed our latest placements, Sarah and Ellie, to Harewood.

Sarah

“I’ve been made to feel so welcome in such a short time and I’m already feeling like a valued member of the team.”

Sarah Craig
Junior Creative Media Designer, Loughborough University

Ellie

“I’ve really enjoyed my first few weeks at Dynamic! I’m excited to continue learning and develop my knowledge further.”

Ellie Whitehouse
Junior Creative Developer, Leeds Beckett University

Our LXD team is growing

We’re excited to share the continued growth of our Learning Experience Design team. They translate your goals into engaging, well-crafted storyboards that reflect your brand and tone of voice. We’ve recently welcomed two new starters, Katherine and Carys, who’ve already made a great start.

Katherine

“I’m feeling so excited to be part of the team and to be creating meaningful learning experiences. It’s been a really positive start and I’ve felt so welcomed—everyone is just so genuinely lovely.”

Katherine Kelly
Content Writer

Carys

“I love exploring how clear communication and thoughtful storytelling create genuinely engaging learning experiences. I’ve felt so welcomed at Dynamic … I’m really excited for what’s ahead!”

Carys Shepherd

Saying goodbye to a familiar face

It’s never easy to say goodbye, but we’d like to thank Chloe McNicholas, one of our Creative Development Managers, for five fantastic years at Dynamic. Chloe has now ‘departed’ to an in-house role at Heathrow Airport.

She’s played a huge part in our success, and for those who worked closely with her, she’ll be hugely missed. We wish her all the very best for what’s next.

Crossing the Pennines

After almost 600 years, we’re calling a truce on the War of the Roses. Dynamic victories, eh? Our roots may be firmly in Yorkshire, but we’re opening a brand-new Dynamic office in Manchester anyway.

To strengthen our presence in the North West and better support our growing list of partners in the region, we’ve expanded into Manchester, with a small team already on the ground.

If you’re nearby, come and say hello — here’s where to find us  >

An ever-growing list of partners

You’ve probably heard us say this a lot, but our work only matters because of the impact we create with you. That’s why we’re always excited to shout about new partners—think of it as a public promise to do right by them and those still to come.

After all, they’re in very good company.

Who’s new around here?

… and we’ve also kicked-off dozens of projects with our existing clients!

Dynamic on the road

Nothing beats getting out on the road and spending time with our partners. Over the past three months, we’ve been everywhere—kicking off new projects, filming on location and working with clients on site.

From William Booth College (The Salvation Army’s international training centre) to busy clinical environments and back to our Leeds office, we’ve been busy behind the scenes bringing learning to life.

Innovation update

For over 25 years, we’ve made innovation central to our approach—solving organisational challenges in lateral ways, using emerging technology to drive behaviour change and finding smarter ways of working that help us and our clients achieve shared goals.

In fact, innovation is one of our core values at Dynamic. It’s non-negotiable.

That’s why, in every update, we like to give you a peek behind the curtain. Here’s our Innovation Manager, Elliot Overend, with an overview of what we’ve been working on:

Internal innovation platform

Since taking on the role of Innovation Manager and Head of R&D, one of my priorities has been improving how we capture, share and celebrate innovation across the business.

Innovation touches every part of what we do. Whether it’s refining a process, exploring a new technology or rethinking how we deliver learning solutions, we’re always looking for ways to improve and provide best-in-class services for our sector.
To support this, we launched Dynamic Innovations, a live internal platform where colleagues can document and share ideas, experiments and successes. As of July 2026, the platform hosts more than 50 blogs covering new software, emerging technologies, creative approaches and process improvements.
The platform has since evolved into a wider knowledge hub, featuring an extensive project portfolio, over 25 internal tutorials, a resource library and our growing Dynamic AI Studio.

Dynamic AI Studios

Artificial Intelligence continues to develop at an incredible pace, creating new opportunities for organisations to enhance both the products they deliver and the way they work.

Over the past few years, we’ve taken a measured and responsible approach to AI, investing time in experimentation, learning and governance. We’re now moving from exploration into adoption.
Alongside tools such as Microsoft Copilot for Business, we’ve developed Dynamic AI Studio, a secure private environment that gives our team access to a range of AI-powered capabilities through carefully managed APIs and internal systems.

The platform enables experimentation, content creation and workflow enhancement while maintaining the security, quality and oversight that our clients expect.

At Dynamic, our standards remain unchanged. We see AI not as a replacement for expertise, but as a tool that enhances the creativity, knowledge and experience of our people.

AI is evolving faster than ever, and I’m genuinely excited by the opportunities ahead. We’re continuing to expand our capabilities and explore practical applications that deliver meaningful value for both our team and our clients.

What’s new with Dynamic LMS?

Like any platform, Dynamic LMS is constantly evolving.
We’re adding new functionality and features while continuing to deliver the support our clients expect. In fact, back in January, we were awarded Best Customer Support 2026 by Software Advice.
To give Dynamic LMS the platform it deserves, we’ve also launched its very own LinkedIn page. We’ll be sharing updates, success stories and feature spotlights over the coming months—so why not give us a follow?

For now, here’s the lowdown on what’s new with the UK’s best-value learning management system.

Campaigns and communications

We’re introducing a brand-new feature coming soon to your LMS. The Campaigns and Communications plugin makes it easier to share updates, news and reminders with your workforce—keeping the right people informed at the right time.

You can use it to:
Run campaigns
Group users via site groups and send targeted emails to course participants or individuals—either on a schedule or triggered by course activity.
Email course participants
Send one-off emails to everyone enrolled on a course, directly from the course actions menu.
Produce digests
Automated summary emails keep everyone in the loop. Learners see their activity and upcoming events, while managers get a clear view of their team’s progress.
All designed to keep communication simple, targeted and effective … without adding extra admin burden.

Levelling up learning for two new clients

We provide an LMS to 60 clients across the UK and beyond—and that number is growing. We’re pleased to welcome two new organisations onboard:

Looking forward to Q3 …

So, there you have it … lots going on across the business and a team that’s as invested in our clients’ success as much as they are, it’s a very exciting period ahead for our people, partners and continued growth.

We’re well positioned to make the most of new opportunities while continuing to support our clients’ long-term success. And to our partners who’ve supported us along the way, thank you—we can’t wait to see where your learning takes you in the coming months.
Until next time,

All the team at Dynamic
