Q3 update: elearning in good health and we're in great company

Q3 2026

Navigating change for the long-term

In the last Dynamic quarterly update, we said the pace of change in elearning wasn’t slowing down and—company-wide—we’re seeing that and enjoying the ride. Judging by the conversations we’ve had over the last few months, that’s still very much the case for our clients.

But now, more than ever, we’re working with more organisations to help their people prepare for what’s next—and then what’s next after that. Whether that’s creating a great employee experience through recruitment and onboarding, helping leaders navigate uncertainty, strengthening procurement capability and resilience, or creating compliance training that actually changes behaviour, we’ve been taking an increasingly strategic standpoint geared towards helping our partners tackle new challenges and seize new opportunities.

As always, that starts with our people, a commitment to innovation and a willingness to bring fresh thinking to every project.

Progress through people

As always, let’s start with our people updates.

We know it’s our teams and our people that drive our success … that’s why 100% of our partners find it easy (and enjoyable) to create great learning, together.

This quarter two long-standing designers with bags of talent have stepped into new roles—but it’s also time to say a fond farewell to someone with a legacy 22 years in the making.

Strengthening the design team

At Dynamic, we know the difference great looking elearning can make—across the whole company. It boosts engagement, commands attention and delivers a wholly relevant, branded experience for your learners. So we’re pleased to say, our design team is going from strength to strength.

Two of our Senior Creative Media Designers, Anna and Matt, have stepped into newly created roles. That means an even closer focus on excellence for our clients, and future opportunities for flexibility, growth and development for our people.

Anna

“Having been at Dynamic for eight years, I’m really pleased to step into the Creative Media Manager role. I’m looking forward to leading a larger team, taking on new challenges, and continuing to help drive creative projects forward.”

Matt

"I'm really proud and thankful for my recent promotion to Creative Media Manager. This marks a new milestone for myself and I'm looking forward to all the new opportunities it'll bring!”

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, goodbye!

After 20+ years with Dynamic our Project Support Specialist, Alison Hadfield, has decided to hang up her learning boots and retire at the end of the year. Ali joined Dynamic in 2005, when Myspace was the social media network of choice and Netflix was a DVD-by-mail service rather than a streaming platform.

Ali has played a huge part in where Dynamic is today. She joined as a Project Manager and, over the years, has delivered hundreds of successful projects for clients across pretty much every sector you can think of.

Thank you, Ali, for your contribution, friendship and support. Best of luck in your retirement from the whole team!

Ali

“Looking back over my time with Dynamic, I feel incredibly grateful for the many opportunities I've had to learn, develop and experience different aspects of the business. It's been a rewarding and enjoyable time and I've been fortunate to work alongside so many talented and inspiring colleagues over the years.

I have many many happy memories of the social events, celebrations, and occasions we've shared outside of work. I've always appreciated how much the company has valued its people and recognised the importance of creating an environment where colleagues can work hard, support one another, and have fun.

It's been fantastic to see how much the company has grown and evolved since I joined. I'm proud to have been part of that journey and its success.”

New partners and new relationships to build

Welcoming new partners is one of the most exciting things we do. And at Dynamic, we know that no two elearning solutions are the same from company to company. That’s because every organisation has its own goals, challenges and ambitions, and we enjoy getting under the skin of what matters most to them.

By helping our partners succeed, not just at the learning level but contributing to their commercial success or organisational vision, we continue to grow and succeed together.

Who’s new around here?

… as ever, we’ve also started a truckful of new projects with our existing partners—which is a real testament to our commitment to be the long-term strategic partner of choice to so many of our clients.

Out and about with our partners

No two weeks are ever quite the same at Dynamic, and the last quarter has been a great example of that. Our teams have been out and about across the UK, collaborating with partners, capturing content and getting first-hand insight into the environments where learning makes the biggest impact.

From filming with Riverside in Liverpool to cricket grounds across the UK for the ECB, safe driving projects on the road and busy clinical settings, it’s been another packed quarter. Add in visits to prospective partners and it’s safe to say we’ve covered a few miles while helping turn expertise into engaging learning experiences.

Innovation update

As one of our three core values, innovation has always been about more than technology. It’s about finding better ways to solve problems, improve experiences and create meaningful long-term results.

For over 27 years, we’ve embraced new ideas, experimented with emerging technologies and looked for better ways to solve challenges for our clients.

Innovation has never been seen as a buzzword at Dynamic, but as a commitment to continuous improvement.

ANS Thinking Bigger conference

ANS is a leading UK-based cloud, digital, and cybersecurity provider headquartered in Manchester, and our trusted hosting partner for Dynamic LMS. They are also the UK’s first Microsoft Frontier Partner.

Following on from our Q2 update—where we highlighted our work building our in-house Dynamic AI Studio and embedding Microsoft Copilot for Business—a few members of our team were invited to attend the ANS Think Bigger conference.

The event brought together industry leaders and technical experts to explore the practical frontiers of digital transformation, artificial intelligence, data, and modern business applications. Through thought leadership sessions and hands-on demonstrations, the day focused heavily on practical AI strategy, automation, and governance.

It was a fantastic opportunity to see how forward-thinking organisations are leveraging AI to rethink strategy, modernise training, and optimise workflows. More than anything, the sessions reinforced the core philosophy driving our own roadmap: starting with the business problem, starting small to provide value, and then scaling sustainably.

At Dynamic, our goal is to focus AI on improving efficiency and streamlining processes without compromising the exceptional creative standards our clients rely on—so we invest the time saved directly into better quality learning.

VR Chest Drain scenario testing

As part of our ongoing commitment to cutting-edge medical training, we’ve developed a VR Chest Drain Insertion simulation in collaboration with a large NHS Teaching Hospital.

The simulation places learners in a realistic emergency department environment and guides them through the complete procedure, from patient assessment through to securing the drain and post-procedure care.
To bridge the gap between software development and clinical reality, our team participated in practical training inside a hospital resuscitation suite, executing the procedure on simulation mannequins. This direct clinical insight informed the accuracy, pacing, and detail of the virtual environment.

Following the completion of Version 1.0, we conducted user testing internally with people with differing levels of experience—including clinical subject-matter experts, experienced VR users, and novice learners.

We’re currently adding an intuitive VR tutorial to ensure seamless adoption by non-technical learners, alongside improvements and refinements to the simulation itself. We look forward to rolling out the completed build in the coming months.

What’s new with Dynamic LMS?

Big things are on the way for the Dynamic LMS. As we prepare for our next platform update, our team has been busy developing new functionality, refining existing features and ensuring clients continue to receive the exceptional support we’re known for.

Want to stay up to date with the latest developments? Follow the Dynamic LMS on LinkedIn, where we regularly share feature announcements, client success stories and product updates.

For now, here’s what’s new with the UK’s best-value learning management system.

New Dynamic LMS version 5.2 is on the way

Over the last couple of months the Dynamic LMS team have been integrating the latest version of the Moodle LMS platform. We ensure that the Dynamic LMS platform is always integrated with a fully supported version of Moodle, to provide both new functionality and continued system security. The testing is complete and has just undergone a detailed penetration test by our cyber security partner.

We’re really excited to announce that our new Campaigns and Communications feature (discussed in the last quarterly update) will ship as standard following the update.

Upgrades to all client LMS platforms will begin in October.

Supporting people (and patients) across Manchester

New LMS platform deployment for a Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust.

In the last three months we’ve started a new LMS deployment project for a major teaching hospital. Their new LMS will help them manage all of their compliance and other training, as well as appraisals and medical competencies—as well as fully integrating with the NHS ESR system for seamless reporting. The size of the project in a nutshell:

Staff
Over 28,000 employees.
Hospitals
Ten hospitals, including Manchester Royal Infirmary, Wythenshawe Hospital, and the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.
Coverage

Main hospital care provider for ~750,000 people across Manchester and Trafford, alongside extensive specialist services.

Looking forward to Q4 …

As the countdown to Christmas begins and attention starts to turn towards 2027, we’ll continue asking one simple question:

What does success look like for you?

Because every organisation is different. Every team faces its own challenges, opportunities and ambitions. And every partner has different ambitions. But we know that only by understanding what success means in context, we can help create learning that makes a genuine long-term difference.

Until next time, keep learning, always.
