How do you successfully train and upskill a large, diversified workforce operating from hundreds of locations? Dynamic solved this problem for ZIGUP (formerly Redde Northgate plc) by building a customised version of Dynamic LMS – the ZIGUP Academy
Feature-rich learning management system
With multiple locations and a workforce spread across the country, ZIGUP needed a way to deliver and track a bespoke training programme for all their colleagues.
Starting in 2015, Dynamic has worked closely with them to provide a platform that has been able to keep pace with the changes and expansion of the company over that time. Premium features, such as course accreditations, certificates, groups, user dashboard announcements and the manager dashboards, all ship as standard within the Dynamic LMS platform. The powerful features of the LMS, coupled with the custom branding and design for ZIGUP, has allowed their workforce to grow and develop.
Bespoke and off-the-shelf elearning
Dynamic LMS is populated with a mixture of top-quality bespoke elearning modules developed in-house at ZIGUP and also by Dynamic. Since 2020, we have also provided access to our ever-growing suite of Dynamic off-the-shelf elearning. During a review of the more than 45 hours of accessible and ready to go learning, they were really impressed with both the quality and value for money of the Dynamic courses. Today, they use the high-quality courses designed by experts from Dynamic for training staff across the entire group.
Successful deployment of Dynamic LMS
The ZIGUP Academy is successful because it offers both specialist elearning courses as well as Dynamic’s suite of compliance courses. They utilise many of Dynamic LMS platform functions which keep staff informed of their training requirements and allows them to access it from a range of desktop or mobile devices.
Empowering managers to upskill their team
By using Dynamic LMS, ZIGUP also gives managers at a local level the responsibility for managing staff training and enables them to do this through the manager dashboard. The manager dashboard allows ZIGUP managers to instantly see their team’s compliance levels and drill down to individual user records. The dashboard also alerts the managers to upcoming accreditation renewals or any potential training gaps for their staff – thus putting the manager at the heart of their staff’s training.
