Dynamic enhancements and bug fixes

• Bug – ESR: Issue with pending inbound records not being sent to ESR.
• Bug – ESR: Issue with competence has no date to value.
• Bug – ESR: Timeframe of ESR > LMS imports.
• Bug – Coaching: Confirmation of notifications should not be sent to top level admins.
• Bug – Site reports: CPD hours by user report doesn’t converto points when used.
• Bug – Site reports: CPD hours by user report doesn’t include the user profile information that is set in the configuration for downloadble Excel reports.
• Enhancement – Course completion import part 1: to skip any courses in the upload which are incorrectly referenced and to continue processing the import file.
• Enhancement – Course completion import part 2: to provide a summary and status information for users who have a disabled course enrolment.
