Arrow Global is a leading European alternative asset manager specialising in private credit and real estate. Their local asset management and servicing platforms create differentiated opportunities through disciplined investing, underwriting insight and proprietary deal flow.

Two of Arrow’s values are: ‘We’re trusted and valued’ and ‘We do the right thing’. Arrow ensures that all its employees are regularly trained in subjects such as information security, data protection, incident management and the recently introduced Consumer Duty legislation to name just a few.

After an internal review, Arrow Global made the decision to replace its existing LMS platform. Since previously working with Dynamic to develop elearning content, Arrow Global asked Dynamic about the feasibility of replacing their existing LMS platform.

Scoping the project

After scoping out the project, including a thorough needs assessment, a project implementation team was formed both at Arrow Global and by Ian Glover, LMS Services Director at Dynamic.

Phase 1

Phase 1 implementation was completed in approximately 12 weeks and went live to planned timescales.

There was zero interruption of service for Arrow Global employees and all of their existing training compliance records and courses were visible on Dynamic LMS from day one: a seamless transition from one LMS platform to the other.

Dynamic solved this problem for Redde Northgate by building a customised version of Dynamic LMS; the Redde Northgate Academy. Redde Northgate provides services across the vehicle lifecycle.

CASE STUDY 04

Dynamic LMS has helped an NHS trust save over £500k a year

Since 2016, Dorset has partnered with Dynamic to deploy an enterprise level LMS platform as well as a range of bespoke elearning courses.

Training teams together from far and wide

With a 6,000 strong workforce providing community care services to 750,000 people across a large region, staff are widely dispersed, many working in rural offices as lone workers or in community hospitals.

Providing more practical, greener training

Before our LMS was introduced, staff travelled to attend face-to-face training, adding significant time and reducing accessibility. This took staff away from patient care which, in turn, required other staff to cover duties.

Changing the mandatory training curriculum to exploit the benefits of digital learning was a must.

But now, with over 300 courses available, the majority of which are specialist healthcare and trust-specific training, it’s clear the introduction of Dynamic LMS has paid off in more ways than one.

Just one course alone, converted from face-to-face to digital delivery, meant that 3,000 staff hours were saved and could be devoted to patient care.

The savings for mandatory training alone have been calculated at £566,000 a year.
